AnniversaryNote is an app for recording birthdays and anniversaries and checking them on the home screen, list, calendar, and notifications. This policy explains the information handled by the app and how it is used.

Information We Handle

Anniversary Data

Anniversary data entered by users, such as titles, dates, types, categories, and notes, is stored in SwiftData on the device. This information is used to display, edit, sort, and search anniversaries in the app.

Settings

Settings such as display theme, home screen display range, notification on/off state, notification timing, and onboarding completion state are stored in UserDefaults on the device. This information is used to restore the app's display and operation state.

Notifications

If reminder notifications are enabled, the app uses iOS notification features to schedule local notifications on the day of a registered anniversary, the day before, or seven days before. Notification content may include anniversary information needed for the notification. Notification scheduling is performed on the device.

Advertising

The app uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect information such as IP address, device identifiers, advertising data, usage data, and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, and quality improvement. For details about how Google handles data, please refer to Google's policies.

How Google uses data for advertising

Sharing with Third Parties

The app does not send anniversary data entered by users to our own servers. However, information related to ad delivery may be sent to Google through the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
